- Prepare payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly
- Lodge Single Touch Payroll PayEvent weekly/fortnightly/monthly
- Monitor employee entitlements
- Lodge Tax File Number declarations
- Review, advise and lodge PAYG Withholding and Superannuation
- Reconcile End of Year wages
- Report End of Year wages and Lodge Single Touch Payroll ‘Final’ PayEvent
- Roll over payroll year if applicable.
BAS Services
- Review and report on monthly/quarterly BAS/IAS
- Email reports and declarations
- Lodgement of BAS /IAS
- Yearly GST reconciliation and relevant BAS adjustments.
End of Year (EOY)
- Review end of year reports
- Provide accountant with information as required for year end
- Liaise with the accountant as to any End of Year journals or adjustments
- Ensure essential and required business records are maintained and stored for the financial year
- If applicable, roll file over to new financial year.

Cezanne
From: $350 a month (plus GST)
Who/When does this suit?
- Those happy to undertake the bulk of their data processing
- Small businesses with more complex requirements
What’s included?
We will:
- review & reconcile bank accounts
- review & reconcile credit cards
- review & reconcile loan transactions
- review & reconcile debtors and creditors ledgers
- process Payroll (1-2 employees) & lodge necessary reports
- perform all annual reconciliations
- electronically lodge Quarterly BAS/IAS
- provide Quarterly Management Reports
- meet with you every six months to discuss performance/results etc
Manet
From: $550 a month (plus GST)
Who/When does this suit?
- Those who prefer us to undertake data processing (e.g. managing Bank Feeds/Receipt Bank transactions) & periodic payroll processing
- Larger businesses having multiple bank/credit card accounts; loan & HP transactions; those having a larger workforce and/or engaging contractors
What’s included?
As for the Cezanne option, plus:
- data entry
- payroll processing
- ongoing Management Reporting tailored to your requirements
- quarterly meetings with you to discuss performance/results etc

- Software subscriptions are not included in the above, though these can be arranged on your behalf.
- Software setups & training generally incur ‘one-off’ costs, not included in the above. These will be priced according to your needs.
